Returns & Refunds

Most new, unopened rigging, lifting, material handling, and other types of purchased items can be returned within 20 days of delivery for a refund. However, some products such as chain slings, large round slings, and any custom-made lifting, towing, or rigging items are not returnable. Additionally, a 20% restocking charge may be applied to certain items.

We will refund the original shipping charges only if the reason for return is a shipping error on our part or a manufacturer’s defect. In case of an incorrect or defective item, or any return that is the result of our error, we will cover the shipping costs of the return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you may receive a refund faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Prior to returning, you must obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number by emailing ecommerce@westernsling.com or calling 800 748 2651. Write your RGA number on the outside of the package. If you need to return an item, please contact all-Grip Vehicle Recovery Systems staff with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
