- Our best steering wheel lock. The Steer-Lok II strap secures the steering wheel by placing the large hook around the steering wheel and attaching the other end under the seat or break pedal. Pulling the adjustable strap end until all slack is removed secures the wheel. The strap is released by pressing the cam lever.
